TLC 2015

Well it’s almost the end of the year, so that means TLC has come round again for the WWE.  As the show’s title suggests the matches consist of tables, ladders or chairs matches or sometimes all three which was the case for the Heavyweight title match between Sheamus and Roman Reigns.

First off on the main card was a tag team title contest between the the comedic geniuses that are The New Day taking on The Usos and the Lucha Dragons.  This was a good opening match with one particular superb spot.  Of course Xavier Woods was prowling around being the superstar that he is.  Next up was Rusev against Ryback which all seemed a bit pointless but it’s always great to see the underused Bulgarian Brute.  The next gimmick match was Alberto Del Rio taking on Jack Swagger in a chairs match.  Nice to see Jack on a PPV even though the outcome would be obvious.

A tables elimination match was next with the entire Wyatt Family fighting The Dudleys, Rhyno and a returning (for a brief time) Tommy Dreamer.  My favourite heel Kevin Owens defending his IC belt was up next taking on Dean Ambrose.  Great chemistry between these two who I feel are some of the best workers in the WWE at the moment and should have been the main event.  Charlotte the Divas Champ took on Paige next with Ric Flair in her corner.  Finally it was the main event which was the afore mentioned Reigns/Sheamus bout.

On the kick off show we had Sasha Banks against Becky Lynch which should have been a main card fight instead of the Rusev/Ryback one. This is included as an extra as is the norm and the UK exclusive blu-ray has tons more as well.

A PPV which was alright but the WWE can do better, still enjoyable though.
