Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV

Conveniently forgetting  Parts 2 and 3 as the opening narration states Citizen Toxie is the TRUE sequel to the original cult classic.

The downright nasty Diaper Mafia have infiltrated a school for ‘special’ people and hold them hostage.  The authorities arrive and the hostage takers start to kill the innocent school kids.  Of course this being a Troma film, the hostage situation is very funny, violent and utterly offensive.  Only one man (and his sidekick, Lard-Ass) can help and that’s Toxie who infiltrates the school and kills the bad guys.  Unfortunately a bomb goes off and Toxie is thrusted into another dimension and his alter ego (The Noxious Offender) is transported to Tromaville.

As above the film is packed full of nudity, violence and tasteless gags that will easily offend a lot of people.  You can tell director Kaufman has thrown the kitchen sink at this picture and it’s rammed full of all the goodness you love about Troma.  There are some ‘spot the celebrity’ cameos in the movie such as Lemmy and Ron Jeremy.  Future demon clown Killjoy (Trent Haaga) in Full Moon’s series pops up a Diaper Mafia guy and also co-wrote the script.

It’s hysterically funny and just as you think you’ve seen it all, something else materialises on screen, a mutant penis for starters.  Well recommended for fans of the series and for people who like their toilet humour literally dripping in excrement.
